Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 8 slices bacon. 2 apples, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until bacon is crispy and chicken is browned, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken breasts to a baking dish. Arrange thinly sliced apples around the chicken. Pour apple cider vinegar over the chicken and apples. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and apples are tender. Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
