Salt and black pepper to taste. Wooden or metal skewers. For Avocado Ranch Dip:. 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons ranch dressing. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.
