Indulge in the ultimate burger experience with this Bacon Jam Beef Burger featuring a juicy beef patty filled with sweet and savory bacon jam, topped with a perfectly fried egg, and smothered in a rich cheddar beer sauce. It's a burger like no other!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 brioche burger buns. 1/2 cup bacon jam. 4 eggs. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup beer. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce, tomato, and onion for garnish.
Instructions: Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Separate the ground beef into four equal parts and shape them into burger patties while the grill heats up. Add salt and pepper to each patty. For medium-rare or to your liking, grill the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. During the last minute of cooking, add a lot of bacon jam and shredded cheddar cheese to the top of each patty. Put the lid back on the grill to melt the cheese. Melt the butter over medium heat in a different pan. Put the eggs in the pan and fry them until they're done the way you like. Add pepper and salt. In a small saucepan, heat the beer over medium-low heat while the eggs are cooking. Once it starts to simmer, add the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese slowly while whisking it in. Keep doing this until you have a smooth and creamy cheddar beer sauce. Cover the bottom half of each brioche bun with a lettuce leaf. This will help you put the burgers together. The cheddar beer sauce, a fried egg, and a bacon jam-filled beef patty should be put on top. You can add tomato and onion slices if you want to. Add the top half of the brioche bun to finish. Let your guests enjoy your tasty Bacon Jam Beef Burger with Fried Egg and Cheddar Beer Sauce right away.
