This ultimate recipe for smoked brisket, grilled ribs, and crispy chicken wings will help you throw the best summer barbecue ever. The marinade gives it a spicy kick that makes it a hit at your next outdoor party.
Ingredients: 4 lbs beef brisket, trimmed. 2 racks baby back ribs. 3 lbs chicken wings. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon paprika. 1 tablespoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: To make a marinade, mix together brown sugar, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce. The marinade should be spread out evenly over the brisket, ribs, and chicken wings. Put it in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. For a smoked taste, soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes. Put the brisket on the grill over indirect heat and smoke it with wood chips for 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195F 90C. For 1.5 hours, or until tender, grill the ribs over direct heat and baste them with the marinade. Turn the wings over medium-low heat until they are crispy and fully cooked. Let the brisket rest for 30 minutes, and then cut it across the grain. Put it out with wings and ribs. Have the best summer BBQ ever!
