Ugh.
Just got my knuckles rapped about internet usage at work. To be sure, my containment strategies have not been working so well the more tired and stressed I've grown. I have re-instituted site blocks, timers and nothing-before notes to try to manage things better, and will see if I can hold myself to a self-imposed Tumblr limit or if I have to block this too (work computer - which I'm not on at the moment - uses IE so no blacklist).
