Has anyone got any tips for me to get out of the habit of picking at my lips? I've been doing it for like two years, but it only got bad in (about) March and now most days my lips bleed or are close to it.

Biting and sucking on my bottom lip doesn't help and I have a panic attack if I just stop without substituting.
