I hate how there is so much literature around men who fall in love with much younger women and we feel so much sympathy towards them because this is /so hard/ for them to go through and yet you never see older women falling in love with younger men because... you know.... that’s just /disgusting/ and /gross/ and /unnecessary/

I’m not saying we should have literature like that because I think the whole older person falling in love with younger person (in a wide enough age range) shouldn’t be portrayed as “good” or “pure” but like it’s gross buddy I don’t get why I’m reading this

Rewrite of something terrible

For those who don't know, the Book known as "Empress Theresa" is the worst thing ever produced the English language. It isn't even a 'SO bad its good' deal. I read only small excerpts from the sample chapters, and doing so outraged me more than I thought possible.

I dont have words to fully express how painful it infuriating it was to read as a person who genuinely tries to write well.

So, I took one tiny section that particularly incensed me and rewrote it to be at least passably decent. Technically this counts as fanfic, but I'm also pretty sure I count as an Anti-fan for this book. I want to make it clear how bad this book is.
