So I forgot I had milk in an iron bottle. Yeah it stood there outside of the fridge for like 8 weeks now. Beware because I just opened it and the smell was terrible. But the pressure was high because gross milk flew everywhere. Believe me you can better deal with spoiled milk sooner than later.

Use your inhaler!!!

I know it sounds obvious but if you are as silly as me it isn’t. My doctor adviced me to use it daily, ‘cause of allergy season. I used my inhalers a few weeks but after I felt good so I didn’t use it and now my lung feel awful (I didn’t use my inhalers for a week).

And no it isn’t a mistake done by someone who is new to the world of inhalers I’ve been using them for 10 years now.
