Lately, from now until the date my partner has changed a lot with me. I feel like a bad partner and a bad friend. We used to talk much OOC besides roleplaying, and she now treats me as if I am the worst person ever when I try to talk to her. We still roleplay together, but is not the same now.

I feel like my ideas are way too boring for my partners. Whenever we plot, I put forth my ideas, they agree, but when we RP, they totally avoid my planning in every way possible. I think my ideas turn them off because they don't agree? Or like their idea matters more than mine? I just don't understand. It's not fair that I have to go with every bit of my partner's plot, but I can't end a shred of my own because they say 'It ruins everything. We can do your ideas next time.; but never follow up.

I love to RP original characters, and I don't mind a little smut, but I haven't played with anyone new in a while, and I'm terrified that if I try, I'll be spending most of my time apologizing for/justifying my character, when I'd rather the characters just get to know each other in-character. As a result of this frustrating paralysis, I haven't had a good or consistent roleplay in over 4 years.
