It's extremely difficult living with someone who is being self-destructive and is fully aware of it, yet won't make any effort to change. I feel like part of the burden falls on me, when your mother is texting me asking where you are, when you get your feelings hurt by shitty men (you always pick the worst ones), when you are sick every other week because you constantly abuse your body with substances, when you lack on chores and regular roommate things because you are too depressed or tired (from reasons above). You lack any sort of hobby other than finding men on dating apps and instagram, who are always the type of guy who constantly disrespect, sexualize, and use you. I wish you would find an output that wasn't just seeking male validation.
Every time when I ask you if you want comfort or advice, you will say you need comfort, and that you don't want advice, because you know you treat your body and mind like shit but "it's hard to stop." You will come to me when you snap and have a moment of clarity when you realize you need to resolve and end your toxic behaviours, but I cannot be the one to help you do that. You need to take the steps on your own instead of relying on me to guide and teach you. I have my own complicated personal struggles that I need to focus on and take space for myself. I can only do so much until it negatively affects my own health and sanity. I don't want to have to continue living with someone that is so triggering and invasive, who constantly disrespects boundaries, and uses me as a dumping ground for your emotional and physical baggage.
