Very sureeee, he takes care of himself in his rough and dry way, he hides symptoms, takes minimalist medicines as anesthetics, and continues working, when someone says he is getting too weak to continue, he stubbornly denies.

His small and fragile body seems to lose balance, his vision becomes blurred and his breathing accelerates, causing him to collapse, only then does someone have to take care of him, he hates it because of his ego, he becomes an angry little cat who hates being taken care of and asking for help.
