Kayura said she and the Masho were going back to Bonno Kyou after Arago was defeated at the end of YST. However, I wonder if they never got there but instead ascended to tendokai? With nobody to control youjakai, that could be how Ramaga came into power. The only other explanation for them not showing up yet is that they're being kept in Ramaga's dungeon along with the 1st gen troopers. Regarding Ramaga, I've also seen a theory that he's actually Badamon in disguise since he made Arago's armor and Kayura's amulet, which he could've repeated with the Ten Braves. But we saw him get killed by Ryo so idk about that.
