#workoutwednesday ... its Thursday isnt it... days of the week are hard for me hehe. I frequently get asked about kettlebell swings and their form/if they are good for you. I personally LOVE KB swings but I love it even more when they feel good and look good. So I wanted to break it down for you... Not so fast though... before heading to KB swings. Let's master a hip hinge and feel REALLY strong and comfortable here. 1. Start with your feet about hips width distance apart 2. Place your hands on your hips and slightly bend your knees 3. Hinge at your hips (where your hands are) and send your booty back and chest forward 4. Hinge until almost parallel to floor 5. Return to stand by squeezing your glutes 6. Repeat until you feel like a badass Give it a whirl and see how it feels....
