Dinner: Since dinner is hard to measure when my mum cooks it, I can't really accurately gauge the calories. I had 10-12 slices of roast pork, bowl of rice, some green spinach-like veggies, and a bowl of Asian soup.
Snacks: One mandarin orange, one oatmeal cookie.
Exercise: Treadmill for 25 minutes, 20 knee push ups (since I’m too much of a weakling to do more than one full push up), 20 sit ups, 50 jumping jacks.
Net Calories: 1250 calories
Okay, so I didn't improve much. I just need to control my eating habits tbh but no one was eating the oatmeal cookies and I didn't want to see them spoil because I made so much. Note to self: next time, don't improvise a recipe because the cookies might end up tasting like shit. Also, stop eating when you're full, and don't keep eating just because you like meat. MEAT IS GREAT, BUT BEING FIT IS EVEN GREATER. Trying harder tomorrow, fo sho.
