Bade Drabble Request: Vacation Road Trip

“Turn here,” Jade instructed Beck.
Beck looked to where she pointed. It looked like it would lead them to an open-ended lot. “Are you sure?” Beck questioned.
Jade glared at Beck. “Are you saying you don’t trust my navigation skills?”
“No, babe. I just thin we’re going the wrong way,” he answered.
Jade rolled her eyes. “I’m the one with the map!”
“Ok. Let’s follow your directions,” Beck agreed.
Jade tried to read the map, but it was hard to figure out where they were exactly. They ended up in the middle of nowhere, driving on an open field with nothing and no one in sight. The sun was done which made it hard to see.
“If we had bought plane tickets we wouldn’t be in this situation!” Jade shouted bitterly at him. They were supposed to fly to North Carolina, but Beck insisted they do a road trip.
“No. We’re in this situation because you can’t read a map!” Beck retorted.
Jade shot him a death glare, warning him not to say another word, or she’d lose it. Beck knew better, so he kept his mouth shut. He continued to drive down the open field. After a couple hours of aimless driving and deadly silence and glares, Beck started to make out a lake at the end of the road. When he neared the lake, he put the car in park, realizing they’ve made it to their destination.
Beck got out of the car and held the door open for Jade. They walked closer to the lake, soaking their feet. They’ve been driving all night, and now it was morning. The sun slowly rose above the horizon, illuminating the lake and beautiful nature.
“I’m sorry we didn’t fly and insulted your navigation skills,” Beck apologized.
“Good! You better be!” she exclaimed.
Beck chuckled and drew her into his arms. “It doesn’t matter how we get somewhere or how long it takes… as long as I’m with you the whole journey,” Beck told her before pecking her lips.
“Why do I get the feeling this won’t be our last trip together?” Jade asked, in a playful tone.
Beck cupped her face. “Jade, everyday is journey with you. We go through life, overcoming whatever obstacles life throws at us. And our destination is an eternity of blissfulness.”
Jade giggled and pressed her lips against his. “I love you, Beck Oliver.”
“I love you too, Jadelyn West,” he replied, before brushing his lips against hers.
Jade chuckled and shoved him off her. “I told you never to call by my full name!”
Beck laughed. He started to take off his clothes and throwing them onto the hood of his car.
“What are you doing?” Jade wondered.
“We didn’t come to the lake for nothing!” Beck told her.
Jade tittered and undressed to her underwear. By the time she was done, Beck was already waist deep into the water. From the shore, Jade ran as fast as she could through water. When she reached him, she jumped up and he caught her, pulling her into his body, holding her tightly. Her lips automatically finding his, while her legs wrapped around his waist.
“I love this vacation trip,” Jade confessed in between their kiss.
