saturday football games were serious business in college life, especially when you were in the greek life system. the day was meant to show your school spirit, get drunk and cheer on your team. so that is exactly what adley did with the rest of her sorority sisters. after a long game the home team won and one of her sisters was dating a player on the team offered to throw a celebratory party for the first win of the season at their sorority house. adley agreed to help with drinks for a little while, filling up whatever drink the others requested and doing so happily until finally one of the other girls came up to take over. the brunette got her own drink and joined some of her sisters that were with a group of the football players deciding to team up for beer pong and she gave a soft and kind smile before taking a drink from her red solo cup full of rum and coke. “am I too late to join?” she asked, looking around the group of people.

i know keith meant it as friendly teasing. and lance knew that too, hence the fond smiley look, but come on. no wonder he has self-worth issues. you know how they say behing every joke there is an underlying truth? that’s probably what was going through lance’s mind. ‘nice. he thinks i’m dumb’, especially after they all called him dumb in a previous episode, and with pidge’s “lance’s the goofball”. i know people act like you can say really mean stuff to people as long as they’re your friends, but even if the team does not know about lance’s self-doubts and lack of confidence in himself, they really should know better
