25 Reasons to Love Baekhyun [Part 5]
I started this project six months ago by going around and asking Baekhyun stans: “What’s your favorite thing about Baekhyun?” I got a lot of heartwarming replies and I wanted to share them for his birthweek! ^^

“i have a LLLLLOT of favs about baekhyun because what’s there not to like about him ;u; tbh i’ve never thought of this question seriously… but it took me a whole day to think before i could come up with a decent enough answer.. (i think!!) i like that baekhyun has a nice voice and smile and heart big enough for exols and everyone else in the world, i like how kind and caring he is towards his members and fans, even being the first to protect us after sunny said that exols are scary. i love that he takes care of his members from the hyung to the maknae, (literally..) comforting them when the members who they were close to left. i love his outgoing personality and ability to make friends/talk to anyone and everyone. he has the most adorable face in the whole entire universe i dont think anyone else could ever be compared to him hehehehheheheheheee i also love the fact that he’s the hyung but he looks so so tiny beside sekaiyeol and sobs// taoris (okaaaay kris is the hyung but okay!! just……) i lOVE TINY BAEK” -@boxianb
“I think it would have to be the way he cares about others. he always tries to make everyone around him involved some how, constantly tries to interact with the other members, the crew, and anyone he comes across tbh. he is like the mood maker in exo just bc he is always there to make sure everyone feels lightened, or happy even when he may not be. it's like a selfless thing, he cares so much and it's blatantly obvious that he loves the members deeply and the fans and my heart just does backflips when I see it bc forget about the part that he is super talented and attractive but he is genuinely a great person that people don't give him credit for. when the Tao, kris, and luhan were still around, you can see how much patience he had with them and helped them with learning Korean, that's when he even started to learn Chinese and like I just find that beautiful bc like he tried to make them more comfortable, and the other members didn't do that, so like it was just something he felt was right to do. idk, there is so many things to love about him, and I felt attacked when I saw this message rn lol but this is my favorite thing. the thing that keeps me coming back. of course there's also his voice, thighs, smile, and the list goes on but yes, that's my answer lol” - @ooomybaek
“hmm...my favorite thing about baekhyun is none other than his majestic ABS ;) sorry I'm trying to be funny x) I can't say one specific thing that I like about him tbh. Physically, I like his smile, his hands/fingers (T^T so pretty), his moles (I'm serious haha… the one on his thumb and upper lip), lips, eyes *u*, shoulders, height, neck, tongue (no.. i mean.. it's cute?? -i am weird-), his fangs, eyebrows ..hm.. what else.. then there's his voice which i cannot explain how on earth he got that and the way he sings is just always emotional T^T and let's not forget about his awesome jokes... brilliant ideas and such. But then again, i think Byun Baekhyun is really a hard-working and strong person. He inspires me to do the same ~ He always does his best even if he's tired. He's really passionate about his work and dream, that's why I admire him (except from being handsome =_= kekeke) there's so many things to like about him.. his laugh, the way he yawns, the way he blinks lmao.. everything~ “ - @popobaek
“Baekhyun is ambitious. He said that if he believes he can do it, he will. Baekhyun auditioned before but didn’t get in, when he was finally casted he had to train and change his singing style, and Luhan even found him crying once because it was so hard for him. After all those hardships Baekhyun not only became an amazing singer, but his dancing, charisma, bright personality, variety persona, acting, determination to work out even though it was hard on him, even his hapkido skills show how Baekhyun is a hardworking person who pushed through because he was ambitious af to become a star. He said to his parents that he can’t imagine working in an enclosed office and now he’s performing on various stages in front of thousands. Just seeing Baekhyun who works so hard everyday bc he believes in himself, tells himself he can do it, and he does it by showing his fans an amazing performance every time. His ambition is one of my favorite things about him. I will always remember that one time at a radio show the question was asked to sehun and he had to guess baekhyun’s answer yes or no. The statement was: ‘I, baekhyun think that out of all the members I will be most successful yes or no,’ and osh firmly said no, but he got it wrong since baekhyun said yes. Later they asked Baekhyun why he said that and he replied, “I always put a charm on myself. ‘you will become successful you shouldn’t lose confidence.’ I am doing everything to become an all-round entertainer. I am preparing for variety shows, not yet preparing for acting but am eager to. I am also willing to sing and also dancing’ This was in June of 2013 and now its January 2016 and Baekhyun has went on the cool kid on the block, the competent, sang a duet with Suzy (which got all kill) got praised by so many seniors on his singing, casted for the drama Moon Lovers, and showed his amazing dancing on all stages. Everything he said he wanted to do he has achieved it, becoming an all-round entertainer like he wants to be.
