Having talked to a priest (who, naturally, is in contact with priests from other parishes) a while back, he confided that since November of 2024, the gathering of participants for reconciliation have more than quadrupled.

The most common confession: the guilt of having to completely alienate family members who are insane MAGA proponents, because wisely they can-in no good conscience- obviously share any further company with them-especially around the holidays.

This has, also, put a lot of strain on priests at a time the Catholic church has been dwindling.

I do love Bagges voice, before this years mello I had no idea that he could sing like that. The song itself is ok, don’t know if I want to see it in eurovision but still a good song.

I always thought the concept of Batboy from the Weekly World #News was fun at the grocery store check out line, and Peter #Bagge's #Hate comics were a staple for me in high school. In 2004, the Batboy comic strip by Peter Bagge was coming out with a serial hilarity that is difficult to match.
