If you come here, you need to order their specialty, banh cuon (steamed rice rolls). Don’t come for the ambiance (décor is minimal) or the service (friendly but the waiter was sitting down eating dinner or looking at his phone most of the time).
There are many types of banh cuon dishes to choose from with different combinations involving shrimp paste, shredded pork, bean curd skin, egg rolls, meatballs, pork loaf, ground pork, and tempura. They also have pho, other kinds of noodle soup, rice stick dishes, broken rice plates, rice cakes, a vegetarian menu and Vietnamese drinks. Check out the picture menu for inspiration and order by number.
* #7 Banh Cuon Nhan Thit ($7.25) – one of their most popular dishes, features steamed rice rolls filled with a ground pork, woodear mushrooms and shallots, bean sprouts, julienned cucumber, pork loaf (cha lu) slices, fresh mint, a bundle of fried sweet potato sticks and fried shallots. The sweet, tangy nuoc cham is at the table – be sure to add some because it will unite everything on the plate. The rice noodle sheets are thick, soft and fresh. The banh cuon and crunchy sweet potato sticks were excellent. The pork loaf didn’t have much flavor. It’s a big plate of fresh, yummy food.
Vegetarian dishes come with a vegetarian nuoc cham that’s still really good. While the vegetarian menu has meatloaf and other meat sounding dishes on it, I think it’s all faux meat. The meatloaf had bits of tofu.

My mom came in my room earlier with Vietnamese food. I'm the happiest kid in the world tonight.
