One of the ones to submit easily, he knew he would die or be enslaved, it was smart. Along with him, came his little crew. The one that caught the Calamity’s interest the most was likely the one that seemed to wander around like a lost dog. Not too inaccurate... Thoughts pressed his mind a moment before he walked a bit closer, watching and finally speaking for her to notice if she hadn’t already.

🐢 - a mental health headcanon 

Most of Cavendish’s mental health issues stem from Hakuba and his quest for popularity. He did not always have Hakuba, however. Hakuba formed after a traumatic incident in his home kingdom during his teenage years and has remained with him since.

🤲 - a religious headcanon

He believes in one god and it’s God Usopp. But for real, he does have some sort of belief in higher powers. He is not completely certain of what those powers be, but he is convinced in their existence and their role in the creation of life and the world they live in. Perhaps he is quite spiritual when he is in a pensive mood.

💩 - a ridiculous headcanon

A curious monkey once asked. “Do you poop?” “Yes,” answered the Prince. “That is how rainbows are made.” I don’t know where I’m going with this, but this guy probably shits glitter.

He does not look up from his writings as a presence joins him, though the tenseness of his muscles do release. Beside him she sits, a focus given to her own project - a book to be finished. It is in the quiet that his anger of the day dissipates, nothing that he had acted upon - nothing that others would really ever note. A simple, quiet anger it had been. No more.

A shoulder bumps to a shoulder, a greeting and a thanks written all in one. 

He continues his writing.

Send “📂“ for a random yet completely useless headcanon I have

     1. Spike has her own “catchphrase”. Or more like a way to react to praise and compliments. Whenever she gets some, she closes her eyes very tight, gets blushy and starts shanking very emotionally while muttering “ I have been recognized “. This little thing is her way to express happiness whenever someone says something nice to her, specially new people.     2. Why does she close her eyes whenever she does this thing ?? simple: she just want to make sure she isn’t dreaming. By closing her eyes and then opening them, Spike is confirming that is not a dream. Also, it helps at concealing the tears she could shred out of happiness.      3. Her favorite movement is headbutting the lights out of someone. She does this a lot when she gets angry too.      4. She is absolutely useless at being creative or doing math. Even less trying to think in complicated stuff.     5. Because of that simple mindset, surprisingly, she is less likely to be fooled since she follows her gut feeling over thoughts.
