I just had the unfortunate experience of coming across a terf post and here's a reminder to my followers: Your identity is valid! Trans women are women and trans men are men and nonbinary folk are nonbinary! Also, the A is for ace/aro people and closeted "allies". The LBGTQ+ community is still divided and terfs are the proof of it.

I had hope for this country before tonight. There was just too much evidence against Darren Wilson for him to be denied indication. And yet, he did. I just might not stand for the pledge tomorrow. This country was built by people who were SICK of being oppressed. We are becoming 18th century Britain. All the black people getting shot proves that this country does NOT have liberty and justice for all. Darren Wilson is walking free after murdering an 18-year-old kid who was unarmed and begging, PLEADING for him not to shoot. Well he did shoot. Now Michael Brown is cold in his grave, and Darren Wilson has done nothing but profited from not only the murder of a teenager, but the complete DISSOLVING of an entire community. Ferguson has been rioting since August. People boarded up their houses and businesses. They were preparing for the worst. What does that tell you about the police force of America? They are so fearful so paranoid that a 12-year-old black child playing with a toy gun was shot. He died today. Not to mention every other black murder in the last who knows how many years. You know what's funny? When a white person is murdered--like in every other soap opera nowadays--people will do ANYTHING for justice. But if a black person is murdered, other black people have to fight back because no one else will. Don't try and tell me we're a country with liberty and justice for all. Not only the murder of black people, but the mistreatment of gays, bi people, pans, trans people, women and men who have been sexually assaulted. What is justice? I don't even know anymore.

You know what? I am SICK of people telling me it's not that cold. "Oh you haven't been to the North. That's cold."

No, I haven't been to the North. I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN THE SOUTH OK?! I'M NOT USED TO THE COLD.

BESIDES, PEOPLE HAVE VARIFYING LEVELS OF TOLERANCE. I CANNOT TOLERATE THE COLD. WHY CAN'T YOU ACCEPT THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO WEAR 5 LAYERS TO STAY WARM BECAUSE I'M FRIGGEN COLD?!

What really makes me angry about my school is that last year when I was in the eighth grade, we got brand new expensive-as-heck laptops that can barely do anything because they have so many things blocked, which I understand. But we have a $50 rental fee so we can rent it for the school year. Yet, practically in every class three people are having to share a textbook because we only have 15-20 textbooks for a class with 30 or so students. So....where does the $50 from 1200 students go???

I actually had a substitute in English today. We aren't allowed to have laptops out while we have a sub, so we had to do bookwork. She pointed that we had a arena nearby that costed millions of dollars even though we had a ginormous coliseum, and we can't even put aside even a little bit of money for the other schools' textbooks and other basic materials.

Now, unless my school got a huge discount on those brand new laptops, the school probably spent over a million dollars on these laptops. When did practically useless laptops that we have to pay for if it's damaged and million-dollar arenas become more important than the education of the people your future depends on?

And we supposedly have one of the best schools in the U.S. I will admit, it's better than my old school, but I wouldn't go so far as to say the best in the country.

EDIT: The school got a grant on the laptops. But still. That's $60,000 in rental fees. Come on.

OK, but being the oldest is the absolute worst. Your parents had no idea what to do with you, so you get kind of spoiled and never really learn important skills until later and you just turn into a big whiny baby and your siblings are all like superhuman and doing the dishes when they're like 7. And when you start driving you'll have drive them everywhere. And you have to help with homework which is useless because they have kids these days work out simple subtraction by drawing a number line or whatever. And when of your siblings pushes the wrong button and you blow up, you get in trouble because you're supposed to "know better." Plus, your parents will most likely have you babysit and you won't get paid. I literally can't think of any pros of being the first-born.
