baizhu at home:
Never mind, that's a knight's medal
Peng Chuyue had a heck of a start in the first episode of his drama (English title: Twenty Again), which was filmed way back in 2018. 😳😘 (And yes, that’s Wu Jiacheng’s Mystery in the soundtrack. 😻) The series is about a woman (Mei Ting) who seeks a new life after her marriage ends (hence the divorce mention at the end of the scene) and goes to university, while also getting a chance revisit her youth. Romantic entanglements find parallels among the adults and the young people, and PCY is clearly involved in the latter. 🤨 So far, the series is just on broadcast tv, but we’ll let you know if any streaming becomes available. (Edit: Thank you to @amyntaschoice for pointing out we had conflated two PCY dramas in the original post! Sorry for the confusion!)
By the way, that scene wasn’t the only bomb PCY dropped that day...
IT’S GUO ZIFAN AND BAI SHU! 🔥🔥🔥
You're the only seed
Some say love it is a river, That drowns the tender reed.……
