hella tired from baking but today's bake day was a big success! no rejects, and all of the cookies looked so good too! i also ended up using recycled paper bags just so i can cut down on using plastic since we do have a lot of spare paper bags anyway

today’s bake day was so fucking tiring, not only because i had a lot of orders to bake, but because sakto, my period is here too, so everythings just twice as heavy and everything’s ruining my mood tapos sumabay pa tong kuya ko kaninang umaga, annoying the shit out of me when he knows naman by heart na i hate it when he annoys me; sigh, whatever i guess all i know is im tired but my heart is super happy thanks to all of the people who ordered from us for this weekend ✨
Wednesday as it turns out tends to usually by my busiest day of the wake being my unofficial official bake day. Mondays I often plan all that needs doing for the week. Hit the shops for ingredients and cake boxes to top up stock, and then by Wednesday I am in full bake mode. Preparing toppers, crafting various cake flavours and sizes, mixing up a batch of buttercream, baking… so much baking. This week seems to be a chocolate cake affair 🍫. Mind you, there are a few carrot cakes 🥕, red velvets ❤️ and vanilla sponges 💛 in the mix. Life in the luxury London cake shop 🎂 🍰 🧁
