For a satisfying keto-friendly meal, bake chicken breasts that are seasoned to perfection and stuffed with gooey cheese and salty prosciutto.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 4 slices of prosciutto. 4 slices of provolone cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally through the middle, being careful not to go all the way through. This will make a pocket. Put salt and pepper on the inside of each chicken breast. In each pocket, put two slices of prosciutto and two slices of provolone cheese. Press the edges of the pockets together to close them. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of each chicken breast after rubbing it with olive oil. In a baking dish, put the chicken breasts that have been stuffed. Bake in an oven that is already hot for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the chicken is done. Enjoy while hot!

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, and rub them with the prepared spice mixture, coating both sides evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165F 75C. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
