MAJOR CAKE FAIL. I have had success adding psyllium powder to some of my non-wheat baked goods instead of flax meal or other binders. Took a chance today and it flopped. After baking a full hour, it collapsed when removed from the bundt pan. It has a cake-like crust, but the center is dense like a gummy bear. I don't think even a bread pudding will save it.
