BAKUGOU HEADCANON 18
Bakugou definitely does parkour fight me on this.
One day when the class were training without quirks, they particularly were playing capture the flag on a more extreme level where the flag is placed on top of a skyscraper in Ground Beta. Everyone is running and trying to enter the building to reach the roof, but then Bakugou just scales the nearest building with his bare hands.
Keep in mind this is a no-quirk training, so everyone’s having a free for shoving and sprinting while they don’t pay attention much to Bakugou since he always separates from the class during a no teamwork competition.
Suddenly they hear a thud and a shout of joy, to find one Bakugou Katsuki midair from jumping on a building roof with a battle grin and landing on a flip on the next building roof, still running.
“What the fuck,” Aizawa whispers that can be heard throughout the whole training grounds from the speakers. The class doesn’t even comment on the curse word because what the fuck, indeed. While they’re still shaking out their stupor, Bakugou’s already a good lead ahead of them because he isn’t dealing with other people and the buildings aren’t filled with twists and turns that the rest of them have to deal with.
Realizing their mistake they try to catch up to the flipping and tumbling Bakugou. After a few minutes, Bakugou’s already nearing the skyscraper and the class has no idea what Bakugou’s going to do since he’s on the roof of the last building, the nearest to the flag. Bakugou doesn’t stop his momentum and rushes straight forward to the skyscraper midair with what seems to be a knife on each hand and just sticks them to the building, effectively making him scale it that surprisingly works.
You see, the wonder is that the broken skyscraper is an old version, having wooden planks on the side of windows to save fees onto a building that U.A. is just going to break down. Once he finishes scaling the building and has gotten the flag, around 5 minutes has already passed. The twist onto their training is that the person currently holding the flag needs to get it back to the starting line.
He hangs off the building edge with the flag tied to his face like a mask like,
Once the class reaches Bakugou by using the stairs (like normal human beings) they barge open the roof door, ready to fight quirkless with Bakugou, thinking that a class free for all gives them the chance.
Suddenly Bakugou, in all What The Fuck TM fashion, jumps off the skyscraper.
Bakugou goes free falling with a flip and the class can’t bring themselves to be annoyed that they lost by jumping off a goddamn skyscraper, but they’re concerned since Bakugou’s jumping off a goddamn skyscraper. “Bakugou wait-” is heard from Aizawa in a panic, since Bakugou can’t use his explosions due to the suppressants and he’s nearing the other buildings.
Bakugou doesn’t seem the slightest worried, going by the “Fuck yeah!” that he shouts out with another flip on air. He lands on a tumble in the nearest building and continues to run back where they started from. Aizawa is already waiting for him when he arrives and the class comes running a minute after Bakugou.
“What. The. Fuck. Was. That. Kid?” the teacher asks with emphasis and eyes of a dead man. “Winning?” Bakugou answers with a smirk, enjoying this way too much.
“Kid.” Aizawa starts and the hero-in-training gets the message, “I’ve done higher jumps before sensei.”
This leads to a very long discussion of the class finding out about Bakugou’s parkour hobby, jumping off literal skyscrapers with traffic underneath, and generally flipping off buildings. In Bakugou’s books, it was a great win.
