The sweet and savory parts we added to this favorite side will make you love it even more! Mixed greens, honey, candied pecans, and cherry tomatoes make this Sweet and Savory Salad fresh. Feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette dressing add savory flavors to balance everything out.
Ingredients: 2 cups mixed greens. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup candied pecans, chopped. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Mix the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese together in a large salad bowl. Whisk the honey and balsamic vinaigrette dressing together in a small bowl until they are well mixed. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it around to cover everything. For a sweet crunch, sprinkle the candied pecans on top of the salad. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve right away and enjoy!

Enjoy these sweet cinnamon rolls that are low in carbs and high in fiber. They are made with almond and coconut flour. They're great for giving you what you want without making you feel bad.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 2 tbsp coconut flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/3 cup erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tbsp cinnamon. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol for icing. 2 tbsp cream cheese for icing. 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk for icing.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the surface. Carefully roll up the dough into a log, then slice it into 8 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each roll. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing by mixing powdered erythritol, cream cheese, and almond milk until smooth. Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon rolls. Serve and enjoy your delicious keto-friendly cinnamon rolls!
