#Submission "Hey! My name is Zenadia Reid & I happened to run across the IG page and scrolled and really was inspired by how many BEAUTIFUL bald beauties there are ! My story is really not about ME but more so about my mother , in 2012 she was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer in her left breast and she had to go through Chemo and Radiation. Well of course that meant losing the hair, and she wasn't ready to have to deal with being "bald" , so to help her still feel beautiful I decided to shave mine off , and boy was she happy! It is now 2015 and she is fully recovered and has her "Sassy Back" lol  But I keep mine cut because I want to be an example to those ladies and girls around the world who are bald that you are still truly AMAZING!  But I pray I make it on the page because I want to spread nothing but positivity to others! #Submission "Good afternoon, I'd like to share my story..In 2012 my mother  died suddenly from a pulmonary embolism.  I had a huge afro that I loved and all of a sudden my hair felt heavy..i was in a verbally abusive relationship,  we were broke and of all the things I could've had happen, she died. But the wisdom from death is it only represents re birth..i cut my hair back off in April of 2012 and my life has transformed in every way possible!  Hair was a crutch of sorts for me...i have tried to grow it back out but the clippers be calling me! Plus bae is a barber and who doesn't love free haircuts!  Lmbo!! Peace to all the bald queens living free!!
