CELTIC have yet to lodge a bid for Austria Under-21 international Husein Balic.

Reports last week claimed the Hoops had put the £700,000-rated winger on a list of summer targets.

The city-states are bound together only by mutual respect and a treaty designating them their land and rights. the leaders of each city-state are picked by elections, though the candidates mostly show their ability to lead by demonstrating their power and skill. Powerful warriors and mages compete to prove themselves worthy of a leadership position.Most city-states take after their leader, leaning towards different standards of normality and even recognition.
