Ok, so here is a classic example of the type of food people imagine being faced with while on holiday somewhere in Bali. This was a lunch included with our day tour, we only had three options, nasi goreng fried rice, mi goreng fried noodle and nasi champlung (don't know if I spelt that correctly, vegetable and chicken, which is what I got no subs available. So first I asked very specific questions about the foods on my plate and the two biggest questions, any sugar, any flour? I then picked my battles and decided what to eat, slide to see! I left the corn fritter and the nut stir fry as the waiter told me it had a lot of sugar. I put a piece to my tongue just to see and way too sweet! The rice I gave to my son. I ate my boiled egg, my chicken curry which was safe, the vegetable stir fry which only had salt, chilli and spices and my salad sans tomato, because I'm not a fan! Normally I only eat once a day so 3 meals a day is more than enough even with only eating half plates! I would be fasting more but my son can't go eating less than 3 meals without complaining! #keto #ketodiet #ketogenicdiet #ketogenicliving #ketogenicweightloss #ketogenic #ketogeniclife #ketosis #lchf #banting #bantingdiet #weightloss #weightlossjourney #lchfaustralia #lowcarb #lowcarbdiet #ketogenicfood #ketogenicfuel #lowcarbfood #jerf #lowcarbforlife #ketoon #ketocooking #lowcarbvacation #ketobali #balifood #baliholiday #weightlossfood #weightlossmeal #balilunch
