To summarize my day to day overall was just interesting at the least. It was cold. I ran in my first athletic sport event ever today. If I was a boy I would have most likely gotten a boner. I could have "Ballposed" to the kid of my possible dreams if I wasn't such a pussy and had a date to my senior ball. My day was a 4 out of 10. Like I said cold, I did so shitty in both my events, it was cold, I was hungry as shit, but at least a cute boy from my school took me home right?? Idk I'm going to keep it positive for as much as I can.

So yesterday this cute boy from my school gave me a ride home and I'm telling you I died and I am continuing to stay dead. See I don't really talk to boys.. like at ALL. I'm not what is considered attractive in my school so to have had this happen to me was a complete shock. So ya know I'm walking home and all of a sudden I heard this horn behind me and my instincts are "Oh shit I'm going to get hit by a car" but nope:) It was him!! He was behind me with his window rolled down and laughing because I got scared and said "Do you want a ride home?" In my mind I was like "HELL YEAH, I ALSO WANT TO DATE YOU", but on the outside I just hit him with an "ohhhh myyyyy gaaahhh YAAAAAASS". Also yesterday (Feb, 28th 2014) We were twinning without even planning it! I wore a red and blue plaid shirt and he did too! Very ironic. I had so many people tell me that we were twinning in the halls and it felt really cool. So anyways we've been talking more than usual lately because I have 3 classes with him including lunch and he's always somehow behind me in the lunch line and always taps on my shoulder and he's just so cute I can't breathe sometimes. I just really want him to be my ball date for senior year bc I know he doesn't have a date yet but I'm not going to ask him bc I know I'll get rejected but I know he wont ask me and it just makes me a tad sad. But there is plenty I have to smile about so no worries. Thank you for reading♥

Ball Date (February 16, 2014)

Nothing special happened today, besides building up my debate tomorrow for Death of a Salesman but I'll talk about that tomorrow. This is a good thing, so I can talk about the thing I was supposed to talk about yesterday.

Yesterday, I went out with my ball date and some friends. Yeah, it was as awkward as that last sentence, but it doesn't mean that it wasn't fun.

First things first, let's discuss ball dates: I have a ball. I needed a date (needed being the correct term because our stupid principal didn't allow going stag). I don't have the social skills to ask someone myself. I was set-up. So was my other friend (although his problem was different). We met our dates yesterday. That's that.

So during the actual thing, I went there not knowing what we were going to do. They said it would last around 3-4 ish hours and I don't know what people do in situations like these. Putting it bluntly, we just talked, and laughed, and had an overall awesome time. Like I said before, there were awkward moments, but that is/was to be expected.

We played a photo scavenger hunt where you basically have a set amount of time (i.e. 30 minutes) to take pictures/videos of certain things. We were in a mall so we had a lot of opportunities. Here's the list that we came up with:

Pictures: hot foreigner, dog, nun, crocs, East Asian couple, LV bag, inappropriately short shorts, classmate, selfie with a security guard, athletic wear, ducks, old people, cosplay, hipster, overly colored hair, stranger looking directly at the camera

Videos: dancing behind someone, saying "Hi" to a stranger

I forgot like 2-3 but you get the general concept. Try it out yourself, it's super fun.

So yeah, I'm guessing my ball won't be half-bad. :D
