All your friends are in on it : Ball joints
Within a car’s suspension, you will find a number of components working together.
Ball joints are one of the players that serve on this team.
This one is being itself for Halloween
Hello, this is Marigold, one of the headmates of the witch who runs this blog. This one is a doll, and it wanted to show the ball joints it asked it's witch to paint onto it.
Have you ever heard the term “control arm” when talking to someone about your vehicle?
This is one of various items that can be found in the suspension system. Its primary function – though it varies from car to car – is to link the frame with the steering knuckle.
Control arms feature bushings that are on the inside (the frame side). There are also ball joints located on the outside (the steering knuckle side).
Like other suspension parts, control arms eventually become worn from daily use.
sadistic dollmaker that rips apart at their doll’s ball jointed sockets to amputate their arms and legs and leave them helpless. dollmaker that puts it on a high shelf so if they try to move it’ll be more broken. dollmaker who rips out their voice box to shut it up too dollmaker who fixes it at the end. is this anything?
this is the seed of something great anon
My Spamton joint headcanon that I explore in my AU LoveLetter.
Spamton is semi-organic, so even though his interior looks similar to the support frames of a doll or puppet, he has veins like wires and blood like oil. A planned scene in LoveLetter makes this "trait" rather significant.
He also has internal organs that I'm too lazy to draw in detail since they're not that different from any human's except for being a little weird-looking.
I actually drew this last week and had the intention of uploading it, but I kept forgetting. Oops.
Fellow figure enthusiasts might recognize the specific joint "signature" I parody here.
