I created it after just absolutely getting the biggest brain worms from the setting after reading Darkfalli's "Wellness Check". The setting is just so good I couldn't help but start to write my own fanfic. Something I've never done before now! Part 1 - Cressula Ovata, Second Bloom has been constantly pestered to take a floret for over a year now, ever since The Vitaceae entered Terran Accord Space. She's finally relenting, but her friend doesn't think she's going about it the right way.
Part 2 - Cressula begins her new life with her new floret. When they finally go to bed she takes the time to do a little reading on her new companion.

In case it’s not abundantly clear, this is my first attempt at something animated. I was going to crop it but it ended up having one of those ‘coming out of the screen towards the viewer’ kind of effect that I like.
I mainly wanted an excuse to draw Weshra in a bunch of cool poses.
It's so important to acknowledge the very real and sometimes truly horrible failings of the healthcare profession and the pharmaceutical industry while never ever ever letting them drive us into the arms of pseudoscientific bullshit. This is something I feel really strongly about.
