Working on my shoulders, arms and back 4 days a week and legs once a week, because if I have any other leg days will be dead. Workout today: 3 minute warm up walk Superset: push jerk/upright rows Warm up of 15kg for push jerk and 12 kg for rows. Then moved on to 25kg for push press with 3x5 and 16kg for rows at 3x10. Superset: Ez Skullcrusher/drag curl Warm up of 10kg on both (10 reps) 15kg on both, 3x10 Superset: inverted rows/diamond push up 4x10 (I sometimes got 8 or 7) for both. My diamond push ups are getting better, but my inverted rows are kinda blah. I have to be balancing on my feet and it's so hard. Lat pulldown 2x6 (40kg) Cross trainer - arm blaster. 15 min. So when it came to the high interval, I switched to just using my arms and holy moly I was dying. Air bike/crunches for 2 minutes no rest
