At least four people were killed in Kyiv, including a 12-year-old child, and more than 50 were injured. Eight civilians were killed in Odesa, three were killed and several dozen wounded in Dnipro, and one person was killed in Zaporizhzhia.

Justice for Russia’s leadership must be inevitable. We call on all states to join the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine through the Council of Europe’s Enlarged Partial Agreement.

#Repost @ukraine.ua with @use.repost_ . . . Russia launched nearly 300 strike drones – most of them Shaheds – and 50 missiles of various types, including ballistic missiles, at Ukraine tonight. Energy infrastructure was the primary target, but homes and the railway were hit as well.
In the Kyiv region, the attack damaged buildings and started fires in several districts. In the village of Putrivka, in the Fastiv district, rescuers pulled eight people, including a child, from the rubble. One person was killed. Fifteen people were injured across the region, among them four children.
The Odesa region was also attacked during the night. Energy facilities were damaged, and fires broke out.

It is imperative that Republicans in the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress approve additional aid for Ukraine now so that Ukraine can receive Patriot air defense systems without any further delay. 🇺🇦💙💛🇺🇦
#Repost @ukraine.ua and @mfa_ukraine with @use.repost . . . The lack of strengthened air defense in Ukrainian cities has deadly consequences — it takes just a few minutes for ballistic missiles to cover a distance of 1000 kilometers.
With Patriot systems, Ukrainian defenders can swiftly and effectively intercept Russian targets and save thousands of lives.
Wishful thinking cannot stop Russia’s ambitions to commit massive terror against civilians in Ukraine. But Patriot systems and Ukrainian warriors can.

Russia also utilised three Kh-47M2 Kinzhal ballistic missiles and two Iskander ballistic missiles in its attack.
DTEK, Ukraine’s largest private energy company, confirmed that three of its power plants were struck and seriously damaged, with one worker sustaining injuries.
Multiple explosions were reported in Dnipro, the capital of Dnipropetrovsk region. In Kamianske, also in Dnipropetrovsk region, critical infrastructure was damaged, leading to one man being hospitalized, according to Governor Serhii Lysak. The attacks resulted in damage to several energy facilities in Dnipropetrovsk region, with a housing cooperative destroyed in Kamianske, injuring five individuals, including a 5-year-old girl.
Explosions were also reported in the western cities of Ivano-Frankivsk and Khemelnytskyi. Poland announced that it deployed military jets to safeguard its airspace during the attack. Previously, a Russian cruise missile entered Polish airspace for 39 seconds during Russia’s March 24 mass attack on Ukraine.
Russia has increasingly intensified its mass attacks against Ukraine, particularly targeting its energy infrastructure. The March 22 attack damaged Ukraine’s largest hydroelectric power plant, the Dnipro HPP.
