When the house and demesne were restored some years ago, this cascade and pool were added by gardener Jim Reynolds on rising ground immediately behind the main building. 

In the foreground a river god reclines on a plinth while the vista is closed by a Doric temple designed for the site by architect John O’Connell.

DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ After coming in my dreams as angels, messengers, teachers, and guides ~ after appearing in symbols and signs all over my life ~ after teaching me endlessly in the ethers ~ I finally got to meet a beautiful Barn Owl in the physical today. Her name is Bayveen (Gaelic for "pale lady") ✨🙏🏻 The wisdom these sacred creatures hold is beyond comprehension... and I FEEL it. I had the honor to make her acquaintance through the ancient art of Falconry. It's an interesting thing, wild animals bred in captivity ~ but only 250 pairs of Irish Barn Owls exist in the wild here, because they typically aren't known to roost and live in woodland areas, but are named Barn Owls because they much prefer to build on buildings and old barns. Nowadays there are less barns being built of wood and more being built from metal, which is quite unsuitable for them & has made their numbers drop. It blew my heart wide open to be with Bayveen and learn about her kind in a way I never have before. I even got to see one of her giant earholes, and her head turn around ALL the way. And pet her. Wow. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Prayers and love for these beauties to be honored & respected.
