Like that’s not me paraphrasing she SAID IT. and it was ABOUT DAMON. like literally the person that was established from the start to love with her entire being, so much so she was willing to die for the people she loved. and the person she loved THE MOST was DAMON FUCKING SALVATORE. good fucking bye. 

and he loved her too! she was the reason he was not going to see elena again. and during huntress curse she wanted to KILL HIM and was ABOUT TO and he LOVED her. like he was literally willing to give up eternity, give up his immortality, his LIFE, his chance to ever see elena or anyone EVER AGAIN SO SHE. COULD. LIVE. and you’re going to tell me they didn’t end up together? you’re going to tell me they weren’t endgame. This is CANON IM NOT MAKING THIS SHIT UP PEOPLE. STELENA, BAMON AND KLAROLINE - OTPS

I honestly don’t know what to do with my life anymore im so bitter and sad Not only cuz delena and steroline are most likely endgame but just by what the show has become.

 It was so good in earlier seasons and had so much potential but then it just suddenly stopped progressing, storylines made no sense, characters stopped developing or lacked common sense. Characters somehow also forgot everything they believed in in earlier seasons and just changed into something they are not. 

Honesty if your not gonna give me a stelena, bamon and klaroline endgame then make the real endgames (delena, steroline ) actually make sense. 

It honestly baffles me how this show, shows you everything wrong with a couple (abusive, 

controlling,

 co dependent,

He legit killed her brother cuz she rejected him. 

 toxic, 

I mean he literally said the words

I miss when elena wasn’t soley driving on lust for Damon i missed when she was strong and told him what he had to hear.

And their excuse for being such a terrible relationship that does not grow and fluorish is....

(Tbh the delena fandom hypes this scene up way too much, they basically list off all the reasons why they suck as a relationship then just say “But that’s okay cuz a real relationship is where you accept all your significant others psychopathic tendencies and just learn to live with them” *Note the sarcasm*    shall i continue?) 

It’s just funny how they just somehow want you to accept that it’s true love because the couple somehow can ignore all these bad things about each other cuz ‘THEY ARE SO IN LOVE’ (Like is this TVD or the new Twilight?) 

and then you see the beautiful Stelena and Bamon scenes where bonnie doesn’t just accept Damon being a murdering psychopath and doesn’t make excuses for him but rather points out the things he does wrong and shows him how they are wrong. 

and Stefan is inspired by Elena to be a good person and hold onto his humanity, not because he feels he has to in order  “To keep the girl” But because he respects her enough to. And he doesn’t go on murdering sprees after every fight they have.

and can we talk about this for a sec...

He actually WANTS to be good with Bonnie. Rather than feeling obligated to with Elena.

And he wants Bonnie to be happy even if he isn’t there to share her happiness with her. Unlike Delena where damon does not like a version of Elena that’s not crazy about him.

And then karoline

He respects her and thinks so highly of her and sees her as a strong independent women and when she does reject him, he accepts it and would rather earn her love than force himself on her. 

Tbh the latest episode of TVD made me feel like i was at a dinner party i didn’t want to go to and was force fed a pile of bullshit.

Okay, so here are my thoughts on Bamon & the next few episodes.

Let's start it off with saying that 6x05 was the best episode for Bamon yet. Damon talked all episode about 'going home' and 'being with his girl', while at the end, when actually got the chance to go home and be with his girl, he didn't want to. He'd rather stay with Bonnie, making sure she's okay. He was forced to go because of Bonnie.

This gets me to my first point. He didn't want to go without her, but she made him. This is going to cause him so much guilt. He is going to get home to a disaster, his girlfriend who doesn't remember him, his brother who has started up a new life, a vampire hunter down his ass and worst of all, the guilt (and missing) of not being here with Bonnie.

He's definitely going to do his ultimate best to get Bonnie back. Not only because he feels guilty, but because he spend months alone with her, getting to know her, and most of all getting an actual bond with her.

I think this is going to cover most storylines up to somewhere in the end of the season, and Bonnie actually returns (maybe with Kai to gain a storyline up to the end of the season). When she returns, it’s obviously not going to be the same. At this moment Elena might have remembered loving Damon and they might be back together. Yet, when they are together, him and Bonnie are probably still going to have this weird unspoken bond, because they spent so long with the two of them, thinking that was all there was. It’s something quite traumatic, to be with ONE person (at least thinking to be with one person) for 4 months, knowing there is not going to be more than what they have at that moment.

So Beremy and Delena might be back, but Bamon searches comfort in each other, without it being all huggy-kissy because that’s not how they show their love. They still have this unspoken bond and connection and find it hard/weird to not be with just the two of them and with everyone around them, forcing them to act as if they still ‘hate’ each other.

This bond is going to be shown very well, but I don’t think it’s gonna end with Bamon sex at the end of the season. We all know Bonnie, who is literally the best friend you can ever wish for, and she would never do something like that to Elena. Neither will she do something like that to Jeremy, because that’s exactly what he did to her with Anna. Neither will Damon do anything because he’s still blind for Elena.

This way their dynamic is going to be even more interesting. They aren’t allowed to be anything more than ‘hate-friends’, yet they shared something so heavy that they have one of the biggest emotional tethers.

although i love to compare steroline to dair (see my gifsets) i get the feeling it's bamon who is gonna get the dair treatment

like one season and a half of an amazing friendship/budding romance with adorable fluff and cute sexy times

then bam! they're back with abusive bf/gf they left behind and everything is brushed under the carpet

they botched one cw show so idk man at least if we become the "dair" ship, we still get some giffing material but we'd be forever bitter at the squandered potential

don't know how tonight's episode will go folks

but let's keep in mind that a lot of canon ships on TV right do not have:

     ✔ storylines where they save each other's lives repeatedly, even when it puts them in danger

     ✔ half the otp moving heaven and hell for the other and torching some doppelgangers in the process

     ✔ so much unresolved sexual tension that every time they see each other it's eye porn

     ✔ scene where half the otp is so relieved to see the other they just melt into each other's arms, consequences be damned

     ✔ veiled love confessions in lines like "where the hell is the wicked witch of the west" and "you're disgusting"

     ✔ one of them not being able to move on without getting the other person back in their life

     ✔ bamf moments where they get shit done without anyone's help

       ✔ oh and did I mention one of them brings the other back from the fucking dead
