There are a lot of people who complain that the One Piece girls post timeskip have umpossible hourglass figures, but I don't think they've to this day beaten Zala.

I wonder what the japanese original for this is, but the english version works really well.

This is beautifully done. Koza above despite his wounds gently placing his hand on the boys forehead, and then darker shaded Koza making his decision.

Don't confuse a ploy with divinity.

Love the power behind it all, the cracked part in the back, to showcase the reasoning, Koza in the front, his white cape, arm up, trying to do the right thing and everyone supporting him.

And at the same time we have Chaka, but the focus is the other way around, the palace in the background, the men in the foreground and Chaka small, in the back.

I love how Crocodile does the whole villain monologue where he tells them basically his plan, but only the parts they already know and cannot stop. So he isn't giving anything away, despite the fact that he already won (Luffy won this arc because of a ton of luck).

It is kind of funny how in hindsight the man who commited these crimes is later paralleled with Doffy, who is very similar, but so much worse as a person.

I like that he still calls her Ms. Wednesday, she's still part of his plan, she isn't a princess, she's just some lacky for him.

And look at the cute bananawanis.

Chapter 173

He is wonderfully evil, especially with the power of hindsight, knowing that's not the key to the cage.

I really would like it if the Crossguild would show up again with a ton of Bananawanis and Humandrills.

The bet, the gamble under the casino, the fact that his biggest weakness is currently surrounding him and the fact that he is indeed correct, they were idiots. He played the entire kingdom like a fiddle.

Notice Robin looking down, while Crocodile laughs. The contrast of their clothes is also very lovely.

Yes the next few chapters will be 99% Banawanis, no I will not apologize. They are adorable. Look a them, they are forming a line:

And they are wonderfully strong. The tiny dark Vivi tumbling away at the front like she's nothing but a bug, while the big Bananawani chomps down on the stairs.

And now it becomes clear why we had so many panels where we saw characters in this room, it gives such a wonderful perspective how big these guys are.

Crocodile has many wanis, they all are mostly neutral to Dragon... But one of them ADORES Dragon... She doesn't EVER want to be away from him... She comes to their bedroom at night and hops in their bed to sleep with Dragon and he's like "Ma'am I CANNOT stay with you all the time! I have an entire organization to run" and she gets upset so she climbs on Dragon and because she is HEAVY he cannot move so Crocodile needs to come to the rescue!

The bananagator is Sheila, she has other siblings and they are all puppies of another female gator that Dragon gifted to Croc years before (she laid her eggs when Croc was pregnant of the twins! Anole and Iguana, my ocs)

i love crocodile. i love him. unfortunately. i think he deserves to be happy besides the insane amount of torture he has caused to so many people. i like to picture him cuddling baby bananawani and thinking about what became of the son he birthed. i like thinking of him hanging out with mihawk once crossguild was established and asking what he knows about luffy and how he’s doing. i like thinking of crocodile sipping his favorite tea and cuddling up with a big blanket and a book.
