【3573日目】2022-10-29 九州各地に広がる福岡県独自のスリランカ料理スタイル。いわゆる「九州ランカ」が東京のど真ん中へ。 Rスリランカ＠神保町・水道橋 ‪____________________________________ 今月オープンということで話題のお店。神保町のカレー屋さんなのに…と書くと当たり障りがありそうですが、こちらはガラス張りで天井も高く心地よい空間のカフェスタイル。 白く大きな壁面には、フリーハンドのシンハラ文字と象の壁画が大胆に描かれていました。 さてさて、カレーです。 店員さんも恐る恐る提供するくらい超熱々のカレーが、ぐつぐつと音を立てながら登場。 ＊豚肩ロースステーキカレー インスタでよく見た映える姿。イエローライスに立てかけた大きなポークステーキの周りには、レモンイエロー色のカレースープがぐるり。 おぉ、、、なんとも言えないスリランカの味がする。九州ランカのカレーをいただくの２度目かな？ 現地にありそうでない、絶妙な味。セイロンシナモンやカルダモンの爽やかな香りと甘いココナッツミルクの寄り添う感じ。その一方で、辛さがしっかり立っている。おいしい。しかもお代わりまでできてしまう。 なんて嬉しいシステム。 ＊シーフードヌードルカレー ステーキのカレーと同じスープを使って、今度は真ん中にスリランカンチャイニーズ料理のフライドヌードルの島が登場。 このヌードルスタイルも、元祖九州ランカの「ヌワラエリア」の創業からあるスタイルだそうです。 このブラックペッパーをバチバチーッと効かせたフライドヌードル。これだけでもおいしい一品ですが、このイエローカレーとの思いもよらぬ出会いにビックリ。 シーフードなのが非常にグッドです。これ…家でも作りたい。 カレー王子を連れて行ったら、辛さゼロのお子様向けカレーもあるんだそうです。なんて家族連れに優しいお店なんだろう。 このあと、家族で新大久保のイスラム横丁へ食材を買いに行くのでした。 ‪____________________________________ 🇱🇰 #srilanka #srilankanfood #bananaleaf #asia #asianfood #tasty‪ ‬#spice‪ ‬#curry #currystagram #スリランカ #神保町 #カレー #カレースタグラム #スパイス #フクドローン #ふくすたぐらむ #Rスリランカ ↓Rスリランカ @rsrilabka https://www.instagram.com/p/CkavSYjLcjQ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
