I often say that I don’t offer high school senior photography, but make exceptions for family and close friends. Enter: Angie. I’ve been photographing her family since the very beginning of my business. They let me practice on them when I was just starting out, and hired me again and again to capture little bits of their family’s story. When Angie requested that I do her senior portraits, there’s no way I could say no.

Angie is, quite literally, what I hope my own little girls will grow up to be. She is confident and fierce, and has always known exactly who she is and exactly what she wants. It required almost no effort on my part to show this fierceness in her images.
