Grocery store-employee gothic:
- There are so many pens at the mail till, you’re drowning in pens
- You can never find a pen when you need it. Where do they go?
- You get 4 cages of packages every day. No one ever picks up their mail.
- Every package is assigned their own shelf. They are never where they’re supposed to be. You can never find anything
- The delivery man is never on schedule. When does the next delivery come?
- everyone’s gone home, you’re the only one left at work. The groceries come now, there are 16 pallets of groceries
- There is never any space in the freezer, nor any in the cooler. They are always full. You are always out of frozen and cooled groceries
- When does the work schedule come? Every day, it comes out every day, and you never know when
- Every customer is a regular.
- You have never seen any of these people before
- Who are your coworkers? Where are they after work? Where do they live? What about the boss? She never seems to leave the store...
- Someone is living in the break room... it isn’t the boss
