Physical Description ~ Nilo's hair is often at a medium length but because of his natural curls it never looks the length it is. He has a selection of piercings on his ears but never changes what is there. His left nipple is pierced with a simple bar. Often he wears natural coloured clothes or band shirts and always three rings on each hand one of which is a mood ring on his right index finger.

Background ~ Male banshees are a rare occurance among banshee tribes. But when they do occur it is as a message from the other world. Nilo was born into the banshee tribe, with his banshee mother and human father. He was raised among the banshees on a small island isolated away from most humans expect for a small community of Fishermen and farms. Nilo liked the quiet life and the rural things while growing up, in particular he enjoyed learning the skills involved. However the remoteness of it all meant he never really interacted with childern his own age until he was much older and quickly developed a lot of anxiety when talking to anyone. The first time he met another child his age, he was around 7 and immediately found he couldn't talk to them. No matter how hard he tried, he simply couldn't find the words. That was Nilo's first experience with selective mutism. Shortly after that he had his first premonition and experience of wailing which came as predicated and the death of a local fisherman happened . That experience scared him completely and mixed with the anxiety he had, Nilo became selective mute with the majority of his interactions. Nilo eventually moved away from the island when he began his writing in search of more inspiration that the rural life he has
Personality ~ Nilo is incredibly nervous and shy when he first meets someone. It is rare for him to make the first approach in any form of relationship. Once he has fully gotten to know someone is when he feels comfortable enough to speak. Before then he mainly communicates with sign language or writing in a notebook. But once he starts talking, the Goofy fun loving side comes out.
