My Headcanons about body hair

All there, but neatly groomed: Diavolo, Lucifer, Satan, Solomon, Simeon
All removed except for a nice and neat bikini area: Barbatos, Thirteen, Mephistopheles, Levi (in Cosplay Mode)
Total body hair removal: (for modeling purposes and personal preferences) Asmo-chan, The Great Mammon
Asmo will do that thing where he wants someone to appreciate that his legs are freshly shaved and lotioned. If he goes ignored unnoticed then he will put his foot on their lap and present his shin, stretch his legs out on their lap, or do like a ballerina leg raise across the armchair or backrest etc so that they won't miss out on the opportunity to caress his beautiful, silky smooth legs!
Mammon jumped in on this too out of jealousy, but got extremely embarrassed afterward and sulked.
Levi was also very jealous, shaving is an important aspect for cosplay and a show of dedication, also his legs are super hairy so it's an ordeal, but couldn't work up the nerve to show off his legs. MC took it upon themself to take the initiative by noticing and asking to feel. It flustered him so much that he went Demon form and did the iconic Levi Wail, but his tail was swishing around happily the whole time.
Thirteen and Asmo-chan both love to relax with their legs stretched across your lap when they're watching TV with you so you can feel those lovely, silky legs as much as you want (and it keeps everyone else off the couch away from you!!!) Solomon indulges Asmo with this sometimes, Barbatos does not.
In private Barbatos might tease you with his freshly shaved leg like this too, but it is incredibly rare.
All natural: Beel and Belphie, Levi (grungy basement dweller mode) Raphael WOULD be here, but in the past he got lectured by Michael because his "trail" was visible. It's highly unprofessional and inappropriate to have visible pubic hair with a croptop and low rise pants so he's an inverted version of the everything except the bikini line category.
