The chorus evokes something familiar and comforting in me, and I just love the melody. It's a beautiful piece of downtempo indie folk, built around acoustic guitars, slow drums, and narrative vocals. I find it remarkable how much creativity artists are capable of, even though they're occasionally held back by creative blocks. The song deals directly with this theme and thoughtfully expresses an issue that we all, whether artists or not, will surely face at some point. I also really like how the song steadily builds and evolves from the second half onward. The brilliant solo definitely shouldn’t be missed!
