after a long week of just mentally battling myself I am back!
I needed to take a breather and remind myself who I am. What I am capable of. I needed to build my confidence again.
All I can say my loves is that life feels worth living again. Life feels romantic again, it feels soft and fresh.
I see beauty in all things related to me and my growth! We are back!

. a c t i v i t y : working out all day this week is my goal. I’ve been in the gym pretty consistently but I’ve missed a few days :). This week I’m plan on getting my hour of cardio in every day with some strength training here and there.
. h y g i e n e: I’ve been so good about my hygiene and just taking showers morning and night but I’ve got some new products that I’m so excited to use. I’m upping my hygiene routine! :)
. w e l l n e s s: I want to start winding down at the end of the day in order to get in the best possible mindset before bed. I’m not a big tea person but honestly I want to start training myself to at least be open to the idea of green tea at night lol
I am in an era of my life where I just want to be better. I want all good things for myself and to just excel beyond what I thought I could. As I get older I realize it’s harder and harder to learn new things, make changes and get outside of my comfort zone. It’s not impossible but it’s harder so I’m pushing myself to start now. For the sake of future me, I need to start now. My goals for august are as follows….
drink more water. at least half my body weight in oz which is about 80oz of water so 4 bottles of water a day.
invest in things worth investing in. for ex. skincare, hair care, clothes, shoes … etc
save my money. instead of spending money on pointless in the moment things, try saving it and investing in something greater.
keep my body moving. working out has been a part of my life on and off since 2020. living in texas makes it so hard for me to want to work out just cause it’s so hot but I need to take initiative and responsibility and get up, stay hydrated and workout! even if it’s for like 30 min.
