Pure Project + Barebottle Brewing Brewing Bridges Triple IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Had this back in February when fresh, and it’s incredible -- tons of herbal and resinous notes in the nose, and quite a bit of stone fruit and tropical fruit behind it. The body remains a bit lighter somehow, though there’s an aggressive bitterness that comes in quite quickly. It’s clearly big, and manages to be quite well balanced.
