Bariatric Protein Breakfast That Doesn’t Make Me Cry

Sometimes breakfast feels like a battleground — especially when my body’s being weird about texture, or I’m just not in the mood for chewing. This one’s light, warm, and honestly kind of pretty.
I don’t always crave eggs, but a sunny side up one with melty feta and a little pesto drizzle feels less like fuel and more like care. Bonus: it’s high protein without feeling like I’m being punished.
What’s in it:
1 sunny side up egg – 70 cal
2 tbsp crumbled feta – 50 cal
2 oz grilled chicken breast – 80 cal
1 tsp pesto – 15 cal

Macaroni n Cheese 🧀: *Elbow Macaroni, 16 oz *Pepper, black, .5 tbsp *half a tablespoon* * 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 6 cup *Egg, fresh, 2 large *Milk, 1%, 2 cup Boil Macaroni and Drain. Mix together Eggs and milk with salt and pepper to taste... DO NOT over whip. Layer macaroni and shredded cheese in a 9x13 sized pan. Pour egg/milk mixture over top layers of macaroni/shredded cheese. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes on 350-365 degrees.
