So life happened today and I totally forgot about the fact I had a 10am appointment to get my van serviced until my last Calendar notification which I got right after I finished my "exercise" portion of my walk but before I started my "cool down" portion. It gave me about 10 minutes to get showered, dressed, and back on the road with whatever I needed to kill time while I waited. Relax. I made it. 😄 What I didn't do is have breakfast or a post workout snack. So I went for a walk to the local Barnes and Noble and browsed until their evil cafe pumped all those evil baking smells into the whole store and I had to go check it out. I knew I couldn't have the wonderfully cinnamon-y thing they had just baked so I browsed the glass case and found the lowest calories thing - a philly cheese steak sandwich on a pretzel roll that surprised me by being advertised at 310 calories! 😮So I ordered that. They were out of fruit so they couldn't give me a choice between bananas and chips and I wound up with chips (which I will save for my kids). I ordered a hot tea to go with and sat down to wait. I was just going to fill in the 310 calories into my tracker and be done with it (that's why the picture is so crappy, just a placeholder for the calorie count) but I thought, maybe, they might have the nutritional info so I asked. 😲🙄🤥 NOT 310 calories! 420 (which actually sounded closer to what I thought it should be). I didn't have breakfast, and this was lunch so it didn't kill my day but it did make going out for #DateNight tonight a bit more challenging. #Sneaky #BarnesAndNobleCafe. But it WAS #yummy. 😏 #BeHealthy but also #BeHappy. #Balance. #ILovedEveryBite 😂#TrackingMyEating #Accountable #Foodie #IAteItBeforeTakingAPicSorry (at Barnes & Noble)
