Sean Brown is a Coachella Valley-based artist and actor whose musical resume dates back to 2003. With almost no breaks in service to the rock gods, he has previously played with the indie rock bands Here on Out, The Kiss Electric, SA!NT, and, most recently, Drop the World.
Emerging from the pandemic with new creative energy, his current focus is on his solo work, which takes him down a more mature and eclectic route. On his most recent single, “The Worst of Me,” a cool, meditative, and groovy track reminiscent of Brand New, which finds him crooning “the worst of me destroyed the best in you,” Brown illustrates a picture of a doomed relationship that is surprisingly danceable.
We look forward to seeing Sean Brown’s solo live performance at Libra Fest on September 29, 2023. Libra Fest will take place at Bart Lounge in Cathedral City, CA.

Here is the promotional flyer and available musical data for our NYE Eve event on 12/30/2019 at BART LOUNGE, in Cat City, CA. It’s going to be a great night featuring desert-based artists, and we hope you can cancel your other plans to instead hear the music of the following musicians and singer-songwriters:
K.C. Boz (of Sailor on Shore, who we previously blogged about here); Facekiss, who put out his latest album Turning this year, and who we’ve also blogged about; Andy Lara (who happens to be myself, the writer of this blog, and formerly of the bands Something Vague, Graveyard School, and White Buffalo, among others); Ruben Alejandro, who put out his debut album last year; Andrew Victor, who put out his latest album, Wonderment, this year; Ziigzug, who put out his debut EP Osiris, a couple weeks ago; The Fat’s Sabobah, who was the keyboardist for Courtesy Knave, is playing his first show in 4 years; and also including the special guest performances from Sam Stone, Ryan Cartwright, and Rami Abu-Sitta.
