After weeks of modeling, texturing, and your amazing input, I'm proud to finally share the TIPS Set with you!
Designed around the concept of a high-end nail salon, this set blends modern adobe architecture influences with natural materials like stone, wood, and soft fibers to create a calm and elegant space.
The entire set is Base Game compatible, with two exceptions:
– The "Harmony" Chair uses Spa Day
– The "The Art of the First Impression" Front Desk uses Get to Work
But don’t worry — I’ve also included Base Game versions of both objects (with functional differences, of course). If you do not have those 2 packs just look for the _BGC version of these two objects so you still can have them in your game !
A huge thank you to all my Patrons who voted throughout the process and helped shape the final design. I’m truly proud of how this set turned out, and I can’t wait to see how you use it in your builds!
Special shoutout to @syboubou, who’s always there when I need help — especially on the Stone Serenity Basin. 💛
Wanted to layer the new Eco Living leggings with some cute shorts and then realized they're actually a bottom? Well, fret no more! I even added a bunch of swatches because the originals were too few and too sad.
Feel free to recolor or whatever, you don’t need to include the mesh - just credit me if you use it (and tag me!). Also, please don’t place behind paywalls or ads. Let me know if there are any problems!

If you are like me, the catalog in the game doesn’t make any sense to you. Too many items are in the wrong categories and are impossible too find. This mods rearranges the items to the appropriate category.
This is the first part of this mod and it is finally ready! Now all most the items from Base Game are ordered and tidy and I’m so happy! ヽ(* ∇ *)ノ
Information about this project is in the introduction post.
The guidelines for cataloging can be found there, but some will be listed below.
Recommended mods that complement this mod are - my Pack Icon Hider mod and a cc icon override.
To install, just plop the package file anywhere in the Mods folder (or unzip the zip file first if you didn’t download the merged file).

— *June 2022* & other little fixes and changes
— All toddler beds are only in the “toodlers” category, as well as the potty and the high chairs
— Merged the seeds into one square
— Aded more kid items to the “kid furniture” an “kid decorations” section
— Dividers moved to “ceiling decorations”, ‘cause that category is SO underutilized
Some of the changes are:
merged some paintings that have the same mesh into one square.
(btw did you notice the weird obsession Base Game has with music themed paintings? There are friggin’ 14 of them. I counted!)
merged all the movie posters into one square
made kids decals and painting of the same type cost the same
merged the train set into one square
merged the tiny cars into one square
These gnomes. I know people like them, but there are just too many of them. I merged them into one square so they don’t creep me out
